| Further Proposed Modifications Kent and Medway Councils considered carefully all the responses received to the Proposed Modifications consultation held between 15 September and 27 October 2005. As a result, a limited number of Further Proposed Modifications were published for consultation between Thursday 5 January and Thursday 16 February 2006. These were accompanied (for information purposes only) by a schedule detailing all the responses received and the Councils’ response to them in a Report of Consultation on the Proposed Modifications (December 2005).
The Councils have now considered all the responses received to the Further Proposed Modifications consultation and have determined that no further changes are required to be made to the Plan. The Councils are now moving to formal adoption of the Plan. The Report of Consultation on the Further Proposed Modifications can be viewed below: |
