Examination in Public (EIP) & Panel Report

The Examination in Public took place between 7 and 30 September 2004. The Secretary of State appointed Mr Chris Offord BA MRTPI as Panel Chairman, assisted by Mr Brian Sims BSc CENG MICE MRTPI as the other EIP Panel member. Both Panel members are independent of every participant in the EIP.

The Panel Report on the Examination in Public was published by Kent and Medway Councils in February 2005 and is available below. Paper copies can be purchased at a cost of £15.00 (inc. p&p) - contact (01622) 221609 to order a copy.
